The Human
resources department has been develop with new concepts and technologies since
several years. The new ways to deal with the employees and earn a profit
without increasing the cost of the company is highly been adopted. This has
given the organisations a new and vast ground to develop.
Matt Stierwalt a new and
trusted name in the field of training and development since years has given a
new definition to human resources. With his experience and skills, he has been
serving several companies to lead towards profit. Matt started his career with
a grocery centre where he carried the job of bagging in Indiana. After that, he
also worked with AIM Investments and Workforce Education. Working at both
places, he developed his skills for hiring, training and understanding the
needs of the customers. He also worked with the department of defence and
trained the employees there with an efficient and effective way.
Currently, MattStierwalt is working with Space Corp. as the director of training. With an
efficient and relevant team here, he has given two different and advanced
technologies to the world which has made the job of training the employees easy
and fun. The concepts of e-learning and blended learning has been a boon to all
the companies. E-learning has helped the employees to learn how to hire the
appropriate person for the post with appropriate skills for it. It also trains
how to create a proper portfolio and get the best solutions for the interview
rounds.
The second
concept is the blended learning technique which completes the hiring and development
task of every organization. This technique helps to train the employees so that
they can help in the development of the company. Matt has given a chance to the
employees around the world to contact and get face to face solutions for all
the queries with the advanced technology. This helps not only to develop the
clients but also provide them with utmost training.
MattStierwalt is
also been awarded for his skills and experience which he has used to develop
the human resources department as a whole and take it to a new and interesting
level. The Chief Learning Officer Magazine of Chicago has awarded him with a
gold medal for his new inventions in the year 2011. But his learning passion
has not stopped at this level also. After the completion of Bachelorate in
science, with Workforce Education, as the senior professional in Human
Resources, he is now continuing with MBA to develop and learn more about human
resources.
When asked
about his future dream project, Matt disclosed that he is now searching for a
technique with which he will able to make learning and developing more easy and
efficient through android phones. He has always encouraged the human resources
department to help the company in training the employees in an advanced manner
so that they can also develop the company in return.
